Tzaziki (english version)
1 1/2 cups of natural yogourt
2 medium size cucumbers
6 large cloves garlic
2 table spoons olive oil
1 table spoon white vinegar
salt
Pass the yogourt through a fine strainer. Peel and remove the seeds of the cucumbers and pass through a colander. It is important to remove water from cucumbers. Add the crushed garlic, vinegar and the yogourt and mix well. Add the oil and mix again.
Tzaziki (french version)
1 1/2 tasse de yogourt nature égoutté
2 concombres moyens
6 grosses gousses d'ail, dégermées
2 c table d'huile d'olive grecque
un jet de vinaigre
sel
Bien égoutter le yogourt dans une passoire fine. Peler et épépiner les concombres, les râper, saler et égoutter dans une passoire. Bien presser les concombres pour enlever toute l'eau. Ajouter l'ail pressé sans les germes, un trait de vinaigre et le yogourt. Bien mélanger. Ajouter l'huile, brasser encore.
